  • Retail Standard Manufacturer Warranty (included in purchase price): 2, 3 or 5 years manufacturer warranty covers only the hardware (corpus, mechanics, and display, if any) and does not cover consumables (battery) and accessories insofar as these are subject to exhaustion (decrease of their useful life) depending on the intensity of their use. Device malfunctions are only covered when device is used as described conditions within user manual (max loads, proper installation, etc.). Please check refund policy for further details.

  • Do It Yourself: Devices are technically user-installable in many locales, nevertheless consulting a licensed electrician to install shelly components is recommended; in addition to being licensed to work with electrical devices, they are also familiar with local building codes and regulations to keep your safety.
  • Manufacturer's Safety note: Each Shelly device generates heat under load. Do not combine two or more Shelly devices stacked on top of or beside each other in a confined space. There must be a minimum distance of 0.4 inch / 1 cm between them to allow for airflow.
