Send it by email to dealers@digitalbaytech.com. After reviewing and checking for completion, we'll assign you a customer number and send back our pricelists.

Already have an account:

To place an order, send an email to dealers@digitalbaytech.com with your selected products / PO or contact us by Phone at (786) 727-2190. We will confirm inventory availability and get back to you with a Quote. Once approved by you, and Invoice paid, we will be shipping to you at your preferred address.

Items that are Back Ordered will stay as pending status and will be placed in a following order upon your confirmation.

In case of any doubt, just call us at (786) 727-2190 M-F 9:00am - 6:00pm, and we'll be glad to assist you.

 

Wholesale Shipping Policy

Currently, Shipping is FREE on orders OVER $500(*) within our territory (FL) for UPS and to one location. Not in FL? Contact us for other shipping benefits (you can get 50% off or Free shipping based on total order amount).

Specific products might be excluded from free shipping or have a surcharge due to size or weight. We will inform you.

UPS, some surcharged charges:

  • FREE SHIPPING @ $500 or more
  • Residential Surcharge (+$6) (shipments less than $500)
  • COD Charge (+$15) Must Ship UPS
  • Heavy Item Surcharge (51+ lbs) (+$25) (shipments over $500)
  • Oversized Item Surcharge (48+ Inches) (+$25) (shipments over $500)

Items Excluded from Free Shipping

  • Special Orders
  • (*) Some Restrictions Apply, like oversized or heavy items that might have a different order value threshold

OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU: When receiving freight from our vendors, we take extreme care to inspect the condition of every carton we receive, especially Fragile items. If there is any suspicion that the freight may have been mishandled in any way, we refuse the product.

Shipping policy could be updated without any previous communication.

 

FAQ

Q: Can I return product for credit?
A: Digital Bay Tech will, at our discretion, issue credit for return merchandise up to 30 days of your invoice date. Any product to be returned for credit must be in brand new, unopened condition and must be a current model. A Return Authorization number must be obtained and marked return for credit, along with a copy of the invoice.
We will be glad to credit your account towards future purchases. No returns on special orders or close-out items.
Please allow 7-10 days for processing of credit.

Q: What happens if Digital Bay Tech mis-ships my order?
A: UPS - If you receive a UPS order that is incorrect or missing items, please contact the salesperson with whom you place your order. Will be glad to help you correct any problem. However, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. No adjustments or corrections will be made after 48 hours.
