Shipping policy

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders are fulfilled only during business days, Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are excluded, and no shipments are processed on those days.

Shipping

For orders placed on or before 12 PM EST, we will do our best to prepare and ship the same day. Orders placed after that time will be processed within 1 business day and may ship the following day. These are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Pick Up

Generally, orders placed on or before 4 PM EST will be ready for pick-up on the following business day at our pick-up point, 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after that time may be ready two days from the order date. These are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email. If ready earlier, you will be notified. We will hold your package for 3 business days.

Delivery

For orders that include configuration and/or installation service, we provide the option to deliver the products along with service provision. After the order is placed, we will contact you to coordinate.

Same-Day Local Delivery

For certain orders within our local service area, same-day delivery may be available through third-party services such as Roadie or other local couriers, subject to prior agreement before purchase. Please contact us to check availability, rates, and scheduling prior to ordering.

SHIPPING

Digital Bay Tech’s shipping facility is in Southern Florida (Kendall, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay area). Many Eastern states can receive products in 1–2 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, and most of the US should receive products within 3–5 days. Our system estimates charges based on weight, size, and destination.

At checkout, you will see several shipping options. Priority shipping might offer 1-day, 2-day, or 3-day delivery. Please note this refers to the carrier’s transit time, not from the moment you place your order, and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible if the carrier extends delivery after shipment.

After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver in good condition and on time. If an order arrives damaged, a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of any damage. Failure to properly document may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is critical to enter your correct, valid address when ordering. If the carrier attempts delivery but cannot complete it due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, and the package returns to our warehouse, the buyer is responsible for shipping fees to resend the order. Once you receive your tracking number, please monitor it and follow any carrier updates.

SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

Discounts or Free Shipping apply to Standard Shipping (usually 4–5 business days) unless specified otherwise in a promotion. Restrictions may apply to shipping rates over USD 15.

OPEN BOX PRODUCTS

Open Box products may be shipped in damaged or non-retail packaging. Shipping times and methods are the same as for new products unless otherwise specified. All sales of Open Box products are final, with no returns or exchanges. In the event that manufacturer warranty service is required, the customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the manufacturer or warranty center.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Products shipped outside the United States are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Digital Bay Tech does not accept international returns or exchanges for any products, whether new or Open Box. Additionally, Digital Bay Tech does not cover any shipping or customs costs related to manufacturer warranty claims outside of the United States. All international customers are responsible for compliance with their own local import regulations.
