Device malfunctions are only covered when device is used as described conditions within user manual (max loads, proper installation, etc.). Please check refund policy for further details.

  • Do It Yourself: Devices are technically user-installable in many locales, nevertheless consulting a licensed electrician to install shelly components is recommended; in addition to being licensed to work with electrical devices, they are also familiar with local building codes and regulations to keep your safety.
  • Manufacturer's Safety note: Each Shelly device generates heat under load. Do not combine two or more Shelly devices stacked on top of or beside each other in a confined space. There must be a minimum distance of 0.4 inch / 1 cm between them to allow for airflow.
