Even though there is no plastic box surrounding it, the transparent cover over the chip insulates and protects it from any possible dangers to the device or your home appliances.

Shelly Plus Uni works on wider range of DC voltages, making it perfect for the automation of your Camper and its appliances! Use the analog input to measure your camper batteries and receive an instant notification to your phone if they're running low. Together with other Shelly devices, you can turn off connected appliances to take further action and save power. Additionally, you can use its binary inputs to detect if a door has been opened and be alerted of a potential break-in while you're away.
